Dr. Sam Cohen was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He graduated from the University of Michigan in 2013 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Cell and Molecular Biology. In 2017, he graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio with his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD).
Dr. Sam is an actively involved in community events downtown and participates in two local dental study clubs. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, and Detroit District Dental Society.
Dr. Sam has chosen to take an early step in continuing education by attending the Misch International Implant Institute, and is learning new and state of the art techniques in bone grafting and implant surgery. Dr. Sam uses high-resolution digital SLR photography to help him educate patients on treatment, as well as show his work to his patients after treatment.
In his free time, Dr. Sam enjoys playing golf, skiing, and traveling. He plays guitar and is dedicated to health and fitness. Dr. Sam also enjoys exploring the city and dining at new restaurants downtown.
